Infrastructure intelligence calculator for Ukraine electricity grid analysis. Astro static-site build with a lightweight client-side calculation engine for electricity consumption modeling and multi-zone tariff evaluation (1-, 2-, and 3-zone meters). Pulls live UAH/USD exchange rates from the National Bank of Ukraine to report costs in both currencies. Ukrainian-language interface optimized for fast load and field deployment.
